1. Overview. renaissancemodel.com ("Renaissance Model," "we," "us," "our") is operated by eWealth Training, LLC, a Utah limited liability company located in Spanish Fork, UT 84660. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they reference (Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our platform. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and/or others. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
4. Products and descriptions. We try to describe and photograph products accurately. However, handmade and made-to-order items can vary slightly in color, size, and finish, and screen displays vary. Products are intended as costume, reenactment, and decorative items unless stated otherwise. Some items are made by independent workshops; product details come from those makers.
5. Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when an item is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurs, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid.
6. Orders and payment. Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it or confirm acceptance. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
7. Shipping, returns, and refunds. These are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.
8. Lawful use. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your purchase, possession, and use of products, including any restrictions on bladed or replica weapon items and on importing goods into your country.
9. Site use. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
10. Intellectual property. Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
11. Third-party links and services. The site may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Disclaimer. Except as expressly stated in our policies, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
13. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eWealth Training, LLC from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of products.
15. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
16. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
17. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
